We offer more than just personal training!

Being fit and healthy is not just about having toned abs or being a particular weight and clothes size! However, being obsessed with your body image or weight can be detrimental to your physical and mental wellbeing. The Edge PT takes a more holistic approach to personal training, physique transformation, and health, fitness and wellbeing physically and mentally.

Don’t get us wrong, if you want to strive for an Instagram or TikTok worthy ‘fitness influencer’ physique, we can train you hard if you’re willing to commit the time and effort! However, for most people wanting to improve their health, fitness and wellbeing, your goals may seem more modest. But for The Edge PT these are just as important to us as they are to you!

Our personal trainers have a passion for coaching. They provide researched, sensible and practical advice to help our clients succeed in hitting their health, fitness and wellbeing goals!
