They will work with you to develop a safe and effective training programme that is tailored to your individual needs. They will also provide you with motivation and support to help you stay on track.

In addition to being professional and qualified, our trainers are also friendly and approachable. They will make you feel comfortable and confident during your training sessions. They will also be there to answer any questions you have and to help you make the most of your workouts.

Pricing

£300 for 10 sessions (10 hours total)
Includes free consultation to discuss your health, fitness and wellbeing goals, plus a full suite of health and fitness assessments ahead of your first 1-to-1 training session!

Additional sessions (1 hour each) for £30 each can be booked after an initial block booking.

Locations

The Gym Group (West Croydon, East Croydon, Croydon Purley Way).

Our personal trainers can also attend at other The Gym Group locations in Greater London by arrangement.
