Ed has been great in making me confident with gym workouts. He’s been able to show me how different apparatus and exercises work the body, and as I’m very tall, what adjustments to make with exercises so they are safe and comfortable. Ed is always providing tips and advice on good exercise form and how to progressively overload safely.

I’m not looking to bulk up massively or be really strong, but I have made strength and lean muscle mass gains with Ed’s coaching and programming advice. It’s definitely helped reduce my intermittent back pain and improve my functional strength!”
