Our small group sessions are designed for groups of 2-3 people of similar fitness levels and goals. This allows us to create a personalized workout plan that is tailored to your collective needs. Our professional, qualified, insured, and friendly personal trainers can help you reach your health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

Our trainers are all certified and experienced, and they are committed to helping you reach your health, fitness and wellbeing goals. They will work with you to develop a safe and effective workout plan, and they will be there to motivate and support you every step of the way.

In addition to being professional and qualified, our trainers are also friendly and approachable. They will make you feel comfortable and welcome, and they will help you to enjoy your workouts.

Pricing

£600 for 10 sessions (15 hours total)

Includes free consultation to discuss your health, fitness and wellbeing goals, plus a full suite of health and fitness assessments ahead of your first small group training session!

Additional sessions (1.5 hours each) for £60 each can be booked after an initial block booking.

Locations

The Gym Group (West Croydon, East Croydon, Croydon Purley Way).

Our personal trainers can also attend at other The Gym Group locations in Greater London by arrangement.
